The card match is a great trick for giving messages. It is so adaptable for any message you want to give. This version is not, however, a teaching trick at all. It is just for fun. It is simply a way to deliver “Dad Jokes” in a fun and amazing way. Cards are shown, mixed up, and divided into two piles. Some magic words are spelled moving cards from the top to the bottom of their piles, and when each word is completed the top two card are turned over and each of the pairs completes a hilarious (at least to the kids) “Dad” Joke.
The magic spelling words are: Match Some “DAD” Jokes Today!
And the six matches are questions and answers to six “Dad Jokes”.
1. Where did Noah keep the bees? In the Ark-hives
2. Where did the Israelites keep their money? In the banks of the Jordan River!
3. Who were the shortest people in the Bible? The Disciples, they went to sleep on their watch!
4. How did Noah revive a rodent on the Ark? He used Mouth to “MOUSE” resuscitation!
5. Did Adam & Eve walk out of the garden? No! God drove them out!
6. What time was it when Joseph's 10 brothers tried to kill him? 10 after 1!
